"Finally, my notes aren’t a mess"
The folders make it way easier to keep my class notes organized and actually find them when I need them. Kind of makes you wonder why this isn’t handled better in every notes app, but at least here I’m not digging around forever before studying...

"I’ve been using it recently for basic notes…"
I’ve been using it recently for basic notes, and so far it’s been working fine. Nothing fancy, but for jotting things down quickly, it does the job

"I switched to a new iPad..."
I switched to a new iPad and was a little worried about losing my notes, since I really do rely on them a lot. But the backup restore worked without any trouble, and I got everything back easily. i’m glad I took the time to back things up properly...

"Solid for jotting things down"
I’ve been using the app mostly for notes, random thoughts, little reminders, that kind of thing, and it’s been really stable. I jump around a lot when I’m writing, so I’ll open a note, leave it, come back later, add something else, and it never really crashed on me. Not flashy maybe, but it does the thing I need it to do
"The battery lasted good for me…"
The battery lasted good for me. I wasn’t expecting a ton, but it held up through most of what I needed without me having to keep checking the charger every five minutes. So yeah, happy with it overal

"Smooth but I was in a hurry"
I was kind of rushing through my project, but the drawing still felt really smooth. The shapes snapped into place cleanly enough, which made it easier to keep moving without stopping to fix every little thing.

"Smooth with Apple Pencil, but communication could be clearer"
I’ve been using Notability mostly with my Apple Pencil, and it feels quick overall. There’s usually no weird lag, which is great when I’m taking notes. Every now and then the strokes take a tiny second to catch up, but it hasn’t been a huge deal. My main annoyance is that some of the communication around updates or changes isn’t always very clear, so I end up feeling a bit unsure about what’s actually changed. Still, the writing experience itself has been really good.

"Works well, but I wish it took less effort"
It does sync my notes across all my devices, which is great, but getting everything set up and checking that it’s all working took more effort than I expected. Once it’s running, it’s seamless, but I definitely wish it felt a little more automatic from the start.

"Decent templates, I guess"
I wasn’t expecting much, but there were actually quite a few templates to choose from. I’ll admit, it made getting started easier than I thought.

The layout is simple and I was able to figure it out quickly. It works well for what I need, so... yeah, no complaints really.

"Still feels as solid as it did on day one"
My first impression of Notability was that it just felt clean and dependable, that’s still the thing I notice most after using it for a while. The updates have been really reliable for me. I can’t remember one ever breaking my notes or messing with sync, which is a huge deal for a notes app. New features usually show up without making the app feel unstable or clunky. It just keeps working the way I expect it to, and that’s pretty much exactly what I want.

"I’ve been using Notability mostly for handwritten notes…"
I’ve been using Notability mostly for handwritten notes on my iPad, and overall it’s been really nice. The pen feels smooth and I don’t notice much lag, even when I’m writing quickly during class. I also like how easy it is to switch colors or move things around when my notes start looking messy. That said, it’s not perfect every time, and I do sometimes wonder if the overall quality is always consistent, especially with little glitches here and there. Still, for handwriting, it’s one of the better apps I’ve tried

"Good for notes, kinda annoying for exporting"
I do like using Notability for taking notes, it feels easy and smooth most of the time. But exporting stuff is such a hassle. The options feel a bit limited, and sometimes when I send files out the formatting looks weird or not how I had it. For what it costs, I expected better PDF and export controls. It works fine, but if you move your notes around alot, it gets frustrating quick
"Good value without the extra fluff"
It’s a good deal for what you get. The subscription feels worth it, and a lot of the extras some other services push seem unnecessary by comparison.

"My Notes Look So Much Better Now"
I didn’t realize how much of a difference paper styles would make, but they really do help my notes feel more organized and easier to read. My pages used to look kind of messy for no good reason, which feels totally preventable now. It’s a simple feature, but I use it all the time.

"I’ve always stuck with my usual…"
I’ve always stuck with my usual PDF app because I’m kind of loyal to what I know, so I didn’t expect to like this as much as I did. But highlighting PDFs here feels really quick and simple. It’s one of those features that just works without making me think too much, which has me questioning whether I should keep using my old go-to
"notability has been quick for me…"
notability has been quick for me, even when I open larger notes for class. Flipping between pages and writing feels smooth, and I haven’t really noticed any annoying lag yet. I mostly use it for school, and so far it keeps up with what I need. I’m still not totally sure how it’ll hold up over time or with heavier use, but for now it’s been solid enough

"Super easy for school notes"
I use Notability mostly for school stuff, especially taking notes and bringing in PDFs or lecture slides. Importing has been really smooth for me, even when I’m pulling files from Google Drive. From how simple it feels, I kind of get the sense they built it with students in mind. I haven’t really run into file type issues, and it saves me a ton of time.

"Great for lectures"
I use Notability for lecture notes. The audio sync is super handy. It usually lines up with my writing well. Long recordings can get a little off sometimes, but it’s still really useful
